Where do my items ship from?
Products purchased from playGo ship directly from BICOM in Monroe, CT.

When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, usually the same day if before 1PM EST.
If you place an order on a weekend it will ship the next business day.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping for playGo units is a flat $5 per unit anywhere in the continental USA.
Shipping for speakers is based on weight and calculated at checkout, add to your cart and proceed to checkout to see the exact cost.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
Orders ship from Connecticut, so if you are on the East coast you can expect your product within 3-4 business days.
If you are on the West coast it will take about 5-7 business days.
All orders ship out UPS Ground and we will provide tracking information as soon as it's available so you can track it.
