What is the playGo return policy?
All products sold on playGoStore.com may be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
The products are inspected upon return and must be returned in working new condition with no visible marks.

What is the playGo warranty?
playGo products are backed by a limited 2-year warranty.  Other branded accessories are subject to the specific brand's warranty and terms, please refer to documentation.

An important note: We are always willing to support our customers even if the product is out of warranty.
